The from InSystems developed machine, which detects the tin side of float glasses, got a renewed design. The approved system has already been integrated in various glass manufacturing machines and is now available as a compact and seperat device. The user may mount the tin-coat detector on a various place of the glass- or photovoltaic-production with a gap of approximately 5mm to the glass. The device works touchless and does not have to hit the glass tp prove it. The detector is equipped with a digital interface as well as an Ethernet TCP/IP interface for communication. The machine does not require electrical power supply. It also avoivds an unnecessary amount of garbage, because it gathers the bags in packages of 800 pieces. In addition to that, we are lucky to be able to work with great customers, especially the relationships to PAS and CamFil FARR are greatly cooperative.Jan-Stefan Zernickel is now in charge for our filter-proof system units. As the leading product manager it is his challenge to develop the measuring devices for mass production. In november 2008 we moved in a new building, in which we have generous room for our office, machine shop and stockroom. These are ideal premises for the assembly of machines and devices.
