Laser Marking and Identification

A continuous marking delivers the requirements of a non-interrupted tracking and quality control process. InSystems Automation configures appropriate laser systems, especially for glas and silicium wafers, and and integrates them in production processes and machines. After the marking the workpieces are being identifized by cameras, so they can get clearly assigned in the material monitoring system, in the job order management and in the Manufacturing Execution System.

Process Validation through Light Signal Guidance (Pick-by-Light)

An increasing proliferation of variants combined with the demand of shorter processing times raised the requirements of manufacturing processes to all branches. Simultaneously costs are suppossed to be reduced and quality must be saved. For small lot sizes an automatic or half automatic assembly is most often the cheapest solution. However this also leads to the biggest requirements concerning the process security and the required error rate ZERO. For assembly processes wich often contain switches of modells with a small lot, the Light Signal Guidance (Pick-by-Light) delivers biggest process security.

Tinsor - Tin Surface Detector

During the conventional manufacturing of float glass over a molten tin, a very thin, hardly visible layer of tin always remains on the glass side of the molten tin.
In many production processes where float glass is used, it is very important to know on which side the tin is located.
The Tin surface detector automatically identifies the tin side of the float glass. It is either mounted above or below the transport device, on which the float glass is provided.

3D Scan-Systems

The software actuates one or multiple laser scanners and generates a 3D image of the linear 2D elevation profile. This 3D system e.g. facilitates the determination of positional data of the work pieces required for palletizing and order fulfillment and its transmission to the control system. Your robot or handling system can now see!

3D Test-System

Automatic 100% visual examination of work pieces by use of laser scanners and 3D analyzing software. The software compares the equipment under test with the uploaded master profile and indicates incorrect components on the monitor. e.g. assembled hardware modules may be controlled by verifying completeness. With this development, InSystems has participated in the contest on the award of innovation Berlin-Brandenburg 2006.

Error Databases

Decrease your failure time and costs by capturing and analyzing all failures from your facilities. The software is centrally placed on the intra- or internet and continuously available for all authorized users without having to installed software on individual servers. The failure data base is customizable with regard to your individual requirements and documents every failure and its removal.
