The Company

InSystems Automation was founded in 1999 and transitioned to a limited liability company in 2001 by business managers, Henry Stubert and Torsten Gast. Since then the company has consistently grown and employs over 35 highly qualified technicians and mechanics in Berlin.
As a result of our increasing number of costumers in the USA, the InSystems Automation Inc. was founded in the year of 2007. The office is located in Washington, NC.

Initially, InSystems Automation’s area of expertise was comprised of special SPS codes and services, in which both business managers brought along substantial experience, including international business projects, due to their previous positions with Gillette Deutschland GmbH.

InSystems’ field of expertise was increased to include; HLL codes, machine data visualization, material flow control as well as the integration of picture processing systems and RFID technology. By collaborating with various companies in the materials handling technology and engineering domains, InSystems was able to take charge of electrical powered development, control cabinet construction and the initiation of machines and facilities.

Automation Engineering has rapidly developed in the past years. Identification Systems, which capture and analyze data during production, enhance the opportunities for guaranteed quality control, material flow and the cross linking of production facilities. Multiple production models and smaller batch sizes require a higher level of production flexibility and efficiency, forcing machines and facilities to be quickly retooled and maintain a higher availability in order to effectively use precious production time.

As a general contractor, InSystems is able to meet these challenges by supplying special purpose machines, facilities and full technical service to its clients.
